So here are the plans for the Grove Ridge remodel. We will be renovating the shared bathroom, the loft area and adding square footage by capping the open space. We will also be moving the washer and dryer upstairs so we can have a larger mudroom. Here is the original floor plan for upstairs. One Kings Lane Edition As a designer, there's no getting around how fast our minds design a room. The design plan was pretty simple...work with what you've got (space wise), and make it feel like it belongs. When we were done, this space could sleep 5, most likely 5 girls. At any given time, if all the cousins were there, or if just one of the families came and brought some friends, it would be a full house.
